When you book a repair or contact us, we collect what you provide: your name, phone number, email, service address, and details about your appliance and the issue. When you use the site, we also collect basic technical data automatically, such as your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you visit, which steps of the booking form you complete, and referral information, including Google Ads click data.
How we use your information
We use it to schedule and perform your repair, confirm and remind you about appointments, send you your estimate and updates, answer your questions, keep records of the service, and improve our website and advertising. We do not use it for anything unrelated to serving you.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number, you agree we may text you about your service request and appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or HELP for help.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar tools, including Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking, to understand how the site is used and to measure our ads. You can control or block cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.
How we share information
We share your information only with the service providers that help us run the business, such as our scheduling and customer system (LeadConnector / GoHighLevel), Google, and Supabase, where the booking form stores your details and how the form was used, and only so they can provide those services to us. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax, and warranty obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of marketing messages at any time. Just call or email us using the contact details above.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our site and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
