A note from the owner
If it's not worth fixing, I'll tell you, even when it costs me the job.
Most shops quote the repair and take the money. I won't do that. I won't let you spend $300 fixing a $700 washer that's on its way out.
I'd rather lose the job and keep your trust. That's why my neighbors keep calling back, and why most of my work comes from people they sent.

FAQ
Questions, answered straight.
Straight answers on cost, coverage, brands and how a repair works. Still not sure? Text 267-388-3044.
How much does an appliance repair cost?
Every visit is a flat $89 diagnostic that goes toward the repair when you move forward. Most repairs start from $250, and you get the exact price before any work begins, no surprises at the door.
Does the $89 diagnostic get wasted if I don't repair?
No. The $89 covers the visit and a full diagnosis. If you go ahead, it comes straight off your repair total. If you decide not to, you still walk away knowing exactly what's wrong and what it would take, no pressure.
Do you cover my brand?
Every major brand, including Whirlpool, LG, Samsung, GE, Frigidaire, Maytag, KitchenAid and Bosch. Tell me the brand and the symptom and I'll tell you straight whether it's worth fixing.
What appliances do you repair?
Five major appliances: refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens and stoves, and dishwashers. I keep it to five so I do each one right. I don't service small appliances or microwaves.
How soon can you come out?
Most jobs are booked the same week, and often same-day. Book in one text or through the site, and I confirm your window, usually within the hour.
Do you offer a warranty?
Every repair is backed for 90 days. If the same issue comes back, I come back.
Are you licensed?
Owner-operated Philadelphia shop, licensed in Pennsylvania and EPA 608 for refrigerant work.
Do you offer fixed price appliance repair?
The $89 diagnostic is a fixed price and it comes off the repair. The repair gets a fixed price too, but only once the machine has been seen: you get the exact number on the spot, before any work, and you decide then. What we will not do is name a fixed price over the phone for a fault nobody can see yet. A pump, a motor or a control board is a diagnosis, not a visible part, and a number quoted sight unseen is a guess. If the broken part is something you can point at, like a torn door seal or a snapped latch, send us the model number and we can price it before we come out.
Should I repair or replace my appliance?
It comes down to what the machine is worth, not to what broke. The calls that repeat: a front-load washer that squeals or will not spin is usually a bearing, and on most machines that is a replace. A transmission or drum on a washer worth around $800 or less, replace. A compressor on a fridge under about $3,000, replace. A glass oven door or a glass cooktop, replace, because the glass alone costs close to a new unit. Most other faults are worth fixing. We will tell you which side you are on before you spend anything, because an $89 visit on a machine that is finished is no good for you and no good for us.
What areas do you cover?
All of Philadelphia and the Main Line. Same-week service across the city, often same-day.
