I fix five appliances on purpose, refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens and dishwashers. Fewer machines, known cold. I'd rather do five things right than ten things halfway, so I carry the parts these units actually use and most jobs are done in one visit.
You get a written number before any work starts. A flat $89 to diagnose, applied to the repair when you move forward. No made-up quotes, no surprises at the door, and if a machine isn't worth fixing, I'll tell you straight. Every repair is backed 90 days, and I'm EPA 608 certified and PA-licensed.
I'm based right here and I work Philadelphia and the Main Line, same-week and often same-day. Owner-operated means the person who answers the phone is the person who fixes your appliance.
