The $89 diagnostic
Every visit starts with a flat $89 diagnostic. It covers the trip and a full diagnosis of the problem, and it is applied straight to your repair total when you decide to go ahead.
You approve the price before any work
After the diagnosis you get the exact repair price in writing. No work happens until you approve that number. If you decide not to move forward, you owe only the $89 diagnostic.
90-day repair warranty
Every repair we complete is backed for 90 days. If the same issue returns within 90 days, we come back and make it right at no extra charge.
Payment
Payment is due when the repair is finished. We accept the common cards and digital wallets shown at the bottom of the page.
What we service
We repair five major household appliances: refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens and stoves, and dishwashers. We do not service small appliances or microwaves.
Scheduling and cancellations
We confirm your appointment window by text. If you need to reschedule or cancel, let us know ahead of your window so we can free the slot for another neighbor.
Who we are
Philly Appliances Repair is an owner-operated Philadelphia shop, EPA 608 certified for refrigerant work and licensed in Pennsylvania. The address and hours are at the bottom of this page.
